ingredients

  • 150g oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150g apple sauce
  • 30g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP⁠
  • 30g plant based butter⁠, melted

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C.
  2. Mix together the ingredients. ⁠
  3. Line a baking tray (we used a 2lb loaf pan) ⁠
  4. Press the mix into the bottom of the baking dish. ⁠
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.⁠
  6. Cool and slice into squares⁠.
