Sweet Freedom wins Great Taste Award Gold Again!

Both versions of Sweet Freedom win Gold stars in the 2010 Great Taste Awards (for the second year running). The Judges comments included "Very clean and so clever - like it, good product" and "Nice clean product - very versatile". Well we can only agree!

Dragons invest in iced desserts sweetened with Sweet Freedom!

We were thrilled to see Peter Jones and Duncan Bannatyne investing in our friend Kirsty's company Worthenshaws after her really impressive pitch in the Dragons Den. Kirsty's delicious, super healthy iced desserts are sweetened only with Sweet Freedom, and are made with coconut oil and rice milk too.  We just knew those Dragons wouldn't be able to resist her delicious products and her inspiring story. SWEET FREEDOM at the Real Food Festival

We had a FAB time at the Real Food Festival, and it was an absolute pleasure meeting everyone who visited us during the show, including the charming Jun Tanaka (from the amazing Pearl restaurant and often on Saturday Kitchen and Market Kitchen) and our favourite 'chocolate god' Willie Harcourt-Cooze, pictured here with Tina on our stand. You will remember Willie from the Channel 4 series Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory. Such a lovely unassuming guy, he was talking about making truffles with Sweet Freedom ... we can't wait!

SWEET FREEDOM recommended in Waitrose Food Illustrated magazine Jan 2010!

As you probably know you can now but Sweet Freedom from most Waitrose stores (do request if they don't have it and they will normally try and get it in) as well as from www.ocado.com and www.waitrose.com. In store you'll find it in the sugar aisle or free from section (they stock both versions) and we were thrilled to spot today when we picked up a copy of their fabulous monthly magazine at our local store that they have recommended it in their Home BITES section (it's on page 18) and here's a snippet:

Raymond Blanc is now serving SWEET FREEDOM as an alternative to sugar and artifcial sweeteners with coffee / teas and also using in the kitchens at his world renowned Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons restaurant! We were delighted when they rang to order ... it's a huge honour to supply them.
