'All these recipes use natural ingredients and are sweetened with Sweet Freedom instead of sugar and have been developed so you can have indulgent tasting sweet treats without the guilt or 'sugar rush!' As well as Sweet Freedom which lowers the calories and the GL (Glycaemic Load) of the recipes you will see we have used healthier, less processed flours such as almond flour (ground almonds) and spelt flour, although of course you can just substitute your usual flours if you prefer. Some of the recipes are also gluten free. By using Sweet Freedom made 100% from fruit, in place of sugar you can still indulge in some of your favourite sweet treats. Perfect if you are health and weight conscious or diabetic or just want to cut down on your sugar intake.'
