Foodservice: Sweet Freedom is very popular amongst discerning, health conscious customers as an alternative to sugar and artificial sweeteners and is now offered in many coffee bars, cafes, restaurants (ie: Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons, Whole Foods in Kensington) and delis to sweeten coffee, tea, cocoa etc, and also as the ideal healthier topping for porridge, crepes, waffles and pancakes. The top down, drip free cap is very clean and easy to use with no drips. It is also proving popular with mixologists as a healthier alternative to sugar / gomme syrup in cocktails as it sweetens just as well but is 100% from fruit.

Ingredient: We supply direct as an ingredient in 28kg (20 litre) jerrycans and pallecons for food producers to use in their own products as a healthier alternative to sugar, honey (it is an ideal vegan honey replacement), agave syrup, golden syrup, maple syrup and rice syrups. Benefits include no added crystalline sugar, sweetened with fruit extracts, 25% fewer calories than sugar and using less as it's sweeter.  It is suitable for diabetics as part of a healthy diet, has a low GI / GL, is GM free, gluten free and made in a nut free factory.
