make up the night before for a drool inducing 'grab and go' breakfast

ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 175ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
  • 3 tbsp plant based yoghurt
  • 115ml oat milk

make

  1. Simply mix the ingredients for each layer together well and leave to sit for 15 minutes to thicken (you can mix all ingredients together and not have layers!)
  2. Spoon into your glasses and top with figs and chocolate shavings.
  3. You could add some chopped figs in-between the layers.
  4. Feel free to substitute the oat milk for your favourite plant milk.
