  • 1 avocado (de-stoned)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 packet of coconut cream
  • 4tsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
  • 1tsp coconut oil
  • 18g pistachios


  1. Pop the avocado and coconut cream in a blender.
  2. Add the Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup.
  3. Mix in the juice of 1/2 a lemon.
  4. Once smooth place into moulds and freeze for 3 hours.
  5. Melt the coconut oil.
  6. Blitz the pistachios in a blender.
  7. Once the coconut oil has cooled pour on the top of the frozen lollies and sprinkle with pistachios.
