  • 200ml almond milk, or other non-dairy milk alternative
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • a few ice cubes
  • squeeze Sweet Freedom Choc Shake Caramel (or Banana) to decorate
  • 1 handful popcorn (optional)


  1. Rotate your chosen glass whilst squeezing Sweet Freedom Choc Shake around the inside
  2. Blend the almond milk, yoghurt, ice cubes and peanut butter
  3. Pour the mixture into the glass
  4. Add another squeeze of Sweet Freedom Choc Shake to taste
  5. Top with popcorn, for that delicious crunch
