  • 50g porridge oats
  • 40g grated carrot⁠
  • a big pinch of mixed spice
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
  • 200ml plant based milk
  • ⁠for topping: plant based yoghurt, pecans and an extra drizzle of CARAMEL SYRUP⁠


  1. Add ingredients to a jar or container and give it a good mix or shake until well combined. 
  2. Pop into the fridge to thicken overnight.
  3. The next morning, top with yoghurt, pecans and a drizzle of CARAMEL SYRUP.
