  • 3 large bananas
  • 250g wholemeal flour
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 80ml rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 80g Sweet Freedom Choc Pot


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 Fan / 200 F / Gas Mark 6.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a fork.
  3. Add the rapeseed oil, almond milk, vanilla and chia seeds and mix vigorously until well combined.
  4. Add in the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt and mix well.
  5. Finally, add the Sweet Freedom Choc Pot and mix until it is well dispersed throughout. Don't mix it in completely as you still want to see some streaks, although if you do it will still taste great.
  6. Transfer to a lined loaf tin and bake for about an hour or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
