ingredients
- 3 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
- 120g coconut cream
- 5 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Fudge
make
- Add bananas to a food processor. Blend until mashed.
- Add coconut cream and CHOC SHOT Fudge.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- If you like it super soft enjoy it immediately. If you want your ice cream firm and scoopable, pour it into container with lid and freeze.
- Allow to soften for 5-15 minutes before scooping.
