oats layer⁠

  • 50g oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP
  • 250ml plant based milk⁠

chocolate layer

  • 100g dairy-free yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT (a little extra for topping)
  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
  • handful chopped nuts (for topping)


  1. Mix together the oats layer ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.⁠
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the chocolate layer ingredients and refrigerate overnight⁠.
  3. In the morning spoon layers of each into a pot or jar.
  4. Add toppings and dig in!
