  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pecan nuts
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder


  • 2 avocados
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 6 tbsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


  1. For the base, process everything together until finely ground.
  2. Press the mixture into the tart cases.
  3. For the filling, blend everything together until smooth with a stick blender. 
  4. Spoon into the tart bases and top with your favourite raw chocolate.
