  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp Sweet Freedom Choc Shake Caramel
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 120ml almond milk
  • 4 dates, chopped



  1. Chop the bananas and add to a blender along with everything except the dates
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Finally add the chopped dates and stir in
  4. Serve with more Choc Shake and your favourite toppings - pecan nuts, grated chocolate and chocolate buttons
