ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (plus 2 tbsp for topping) sliced almonds
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • a drizzle of Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 Fan / 200 F / Gas Mark 6.
  2. Combine all ingredients apart from raspberry jam and Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup in a food processor until a dough/crumble forms.
  3. Press 2/3rds of the dough into a lined baking tin.
  4. Spread over the jam and then cover with the remaining dough and sliced almonds.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden.
  6. Leave to cool and drizzle with Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup.
