ingredients

  • 120g wholewheat flour
  • 240g unsweetened dairy free milk of choice⁠
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom VEGAN HONEEE⁠
  • oil for cooking
  • toppings: your favourite fresh fruit⁠ Vegan butter⁠ Sweet Freedom VEGAN HONEEE⁠

  1. Add the flour and baking powder to a large bowl and whisk to combine.⁠
  2. Add the milk and VEGAN HONEEE and mix until just combined, don’t overmix.⁠
  3. Heat a pan with splash / spray of oil over medium heat and once hot, ladle your batter to make pancakes that are approx. 4 inches in diameter.⁠
  4. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until several bubbles form on top. Then flip and cook the other side for another 3-5 minutes until cooked through.⁠
  5. Stack on an ovenproof dish in a warm oven and serve with VEGAN HONEEE, fresh fruit and butter⁠.
