  • 150g desiccated coconut
  • 100g Sweet Freedom Choc Shot Mint*
  • 50g coconut flour


  1. Combine desiccated coconut and Choc Shot Mint in a large bowl. ⁠
  2. Slowly add in the coconut flour until the mixture is sticky and holds its shape. ⁠
  3. Transfer mixture to a lined baking tray, press and spread evenly. ⁠
  4. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set. ⁠
