  • 150g rolled oats⁠
  • 100g popped popcorn, slightly crushed⁠
  • 20g puffed rice or cornflakes
  • 125g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP⁠
  • 60g runny nut or seed butter⁠


  1. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl.⁠
  2. In a microwave, or in a pan on the hob, melt peanut butter and CARAMEL SYRUP until smooth.⁠
  3. Combine this with dry ingredients.⁠
  4. Portion out the mixture and roll between your hands to form bite size portions.
  5. Put onto a tray and chill in fridge for an hour, or until firm.⁠
