  • 100g porridge oats⁠
  • 50g oat flour⁠ (blend porridge oats into flour if you do not have any)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • 150g Sweet Freedom Choc Shot*
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  1. Add the oats, oat flour and baking powder to a bowl⁣⁠.⁠
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the banana, add the Choc Shot and coconut oil and mix well. ⁣⁠
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. ⁣⁠
  4. Put the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 160ºC and line a baking tray
  6. ⁣⁠Remove the dough from fridge.⁠
  7. Shape the dough into 8 balls and flatten by hand to desired thickness⁣⁠. ⁠
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.⁠
  9. Leave to cool and firm and then enjoy.
