  • 300ml coconut water
  • ⁠300g frozen pineapple
  • the juice of 1 lime⁠
  • 1 tbsp FRUIT SYRUP⁠


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until smooth.⁠
  2. Pour into ice lolly moulds and place in the freezer to set for 6-8 hours (or leave overnight).⁠
  3. Remove from the moulds and ENJOY!⁠
