Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan. Slice the plums and add them to the pan along with one tbsp CARAMEL SYRUP. Cook on a medium heat for a few minutes until the plums are soft.
In another saucepan add the oats, 1 tbsp CARAMEL SYRUP, and milk/water.
Cook over a medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
Transfer the porridge into a bowl and top with the cooked plums, almonds, and an extra drizzle of CARAMEL SYRUP.
