  • 240g rolled oats
  • 70g ground almonds⁠
  • 150g plant based spread
  • 170g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP⁠
  • 80g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 pitted plums, roughly chopped


  1. ⁠Preheat the oven to 170C and line a square baking tray with parchment paper. ⁠
  2. In a bowl mix together the oats, ground almonds, plant based spread and CARAMEL SYRUP. ⁠
  3. Fold in the plums and pumpkin seeds. ⁠
  4. Press the mixture into your baking tray. ⁠
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. ⁠
  6. Leave to cool in the tray before cutting into squares. ⁠
  7. Enjoy with an extra drizzle of CARAMEL SYRUP.
