  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Salted Caramel
  • 100g oats
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans⁠


  1. Preheat oven to 170C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
  3. In a bowl mix together the banana, CHOC SHOT Salted Caramel and oats.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans. ⁠
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the baking tray and flatten slightly.⁠
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool on the tray before enjoying.
