  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • 2 cups hemp milk (or your favourite milk)
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • Good pinch of salt
  • 3 medjoul dates
  • 1 banana
  • handful of dark chocolate squares
  • 1-2 tbsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup


  1. Chop the dates and place everything in a small pan.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 4 - 5 minutes until creamy. 
  3. Caramelise banana slices. 
  4. Drizzle with Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup.
