  • 1 frozen banana
  • 30g oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom Choc Shot, plus extra for swirling
  • 1 handful ice cubes


  1. Whizz all ingredients in a blender.⁠
  2. Add an extra swirl of Choc Shot.
  3. Add cocoa nibs and a few raspberries as an optional extra
