  • 60g plant based milk
  • 110g Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP⁠
  • 1 tsp white or apple cider vinegar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT, for swirling


  1. Preheat the oven to 180c⁣⁠.
  2. In a bowl add the first 4 ingredients and mix well.⁠
  3. Fold in the flour and baking powder.
  4. Pour batter into a prepared doughnut mould. Swirl a tsp of CHOC SHOT into the batter for each doughnut.⁠
  5. Bake for 10 minutes... enjoy!⁠
