15 minutes


  • 1 tbsp ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp chocolate vegan protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
  • 1.5 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp plant based milk (we've used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • to serve Sweet Freedom Choc Pot


  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the wet.
  2. Mix to combine, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Transfer into a lightly oiled ramekin.
  4. Microwave on high for 1-1.5 minutes. You may need more/less time depending on your microwave.
  5. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with Sweet Freedom Choc Pot to make it extra tasty!
