  • 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Coconut
  • 8 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 5 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp oat flour⁠⁠


  1. Stir the flaxseed, CHOC SHOT Coconut and water together in a large mixing bowl.⁠
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and stir until well-combined (add more oat flour if your dough is still sticky)⁠.⁠
  3. Wrap up and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.⁠
  4. Preheat oven to 180C, line baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.⁠
  5. ​Roll dough into 15 equal-sized balls, place on baking sheet, and push down to flatten the bottom.⁠
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until slightly firm to the touch (they will firm up a bit more as they cool)⁠.⁠
  7. Serve with an extra drizzle of your favourite CHOC SHOT
