ingredients
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 4 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Coconut
- 8 tbsp shredded coconut
- 5 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp oat flour

- Stir the flaxseed, CHOC SHOT Coconut and water together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, and stir until well-combined (add more oat flour if your dough is still sticky).
- Wrap up and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180C, line baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
- Roll dough into 15 equal-sized balls, place on baking sheet, and push down to flatten the bottom.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until slightly firm to the touch (they will firm up a bit more as they cool).
- Serve with an extra drizzle of your favourite CHOC SHOT
