  • 40g oats⁠
  • 120ml unsweetened almond milk⁠ (or your favourite plant milk)⁠
  • 2 tbsp plant based yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP⁠
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠

for toppings

  • fresh raspberries and CARAMEL SYRUP⁠


  1. Stir everything (except the toppings) together in a jar or storage container with a lid. ⁠
  2. Pop in the fridge overnight. 
  3. When ready to eat remove lid and give it a nice big stir. ⁠
  4. Top with your favourite fresh fruit and an extra drizzle of CARAMEL SYRUP
