  • 1 pack vegan ready rolled puff pastry⁣⁠
  • 6 tsp berry jam⁣ (check out our recipe if you want to make your own!)
  • 1 handful strawberries, sliced
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • ⁣⁠1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
  • for glaze Oat milk


  1. Preheat the oven to 190C fan & line two baking trays⁣⁠.
  2. Mix the berries & FRUIT SYRUP in a small bowl until all coated⁣⁠.
  3. ⁣Unroll the pastry & cut out 12 circles with a flower shaped cookie cutter (any shape would work)⁠.
  4. Place on the baking trays with space around each one & prick the centre of each one several times with a fork.⁣⁠
  5. ⁣Spoon 1/2 tsp of jam into the centre of each pastry & spread into a small circle⁠.
  6. Top with the berries.
  7. ⁣Brush all visible edges of pastry with milk glaze.
  8. Bake for around 13 - 15 mins until golden⁠.
  9. Cool & serve⁣!⁠
