30 minutes


  • 160g wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 110g oats
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 100g peanut butter
  • 100g Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
  • 145ml almond milk


  1. Mix everything together until well combined.
  2. Scoop heaped tablespoons into wet hands and roll each one into a ball.
  3. Place on a lined baking sheet and flatten into a cookie shape.
  4. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool on a wire rack.
