  • 350g silken tofu
  • 2 frozen banana⁠s
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom VANILLA SYRUP
  • Dried strawberries ⁠to sprinkle


  1. Blitz the tofu, banana and VANILLA SYRUP in a food processor or blender.
  2. Divide between 3 ramekins and set in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Grab a spoon, and dive in!
