  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom Choc Pot
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom Choc Shot
  • 25g Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
  • 100g self raising flour
  • 50g plant based spread
  • 2 chia eggs (2 tbsp chia seeds and 6 tbsp water)
  • 100g plant based yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in the flours.
  4. Pour into a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes at 180 degrees or until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the brownie.
