Hello! At Sweet Freedom, we respect and protect the privacy of all visitors to our website, and we are absolutely not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with anyone for marketing purposes. We don't like it when it happens to us we definitely won't do it to you! So it's all really clear, we've laid out below the long and the short of when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. You may need something to read whilst you sip one of our lovely Choc Shot hot chocs, so pull up a chair and read on!
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are at all concerned about anything regarding the privacy of your details, or if you think we've overlooked anything, the best email address to use is email@example.com.
It's lovely to have you with us!

Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information means any information that may be used to identify you, such as, your name, title, phone number, email address, or mailing address. Of course, you can browse our web site without giving us any personal information. Like most websites, we use several products to analyse traffic to this website in order to understand our visitors' needs and to continually improve our site for them, however these are anonymous, aggregate statistics. For example, we do not tie a specific visit to a specific IP address.
If you decide you'd like to receive our weekly newsletter or enter a competition or email us with a question then we do collect personal information. This is for a couple of reasons... firstly so that we can then actually send you the newsletter you've asked for, and of course so we can let you know if you've won a competition (good luck by the way!) or so that we can email you back to answer any questions you've asked us. We can then also contact you if we need to obtain (which will be entirely up to you) or provide additional information, and it means we can from time to time check our records are right and that you're happy and satisfied.
If you're aged 13 or under, you need to get permission to register on our site from your parents or guardian. That's the way it goes folks, it's not our rule, but it's one we have to follow.
By entering any of our competitions you will need to opt in as otherwise we can't let you know if you win! When you email us with a question you have the option to opt in (you don't have to) to join our Sweet Freedom family email list. If you sign up for our enewsletter you are asking us to email you, so we will(!) from time to time drop you a line with fun, sweet family stuff, free samples when available, competitions, recipes and our latest news.
Whichever way you join us, YOU are then in charge and can unsubscribe at any time, day or night, regardless of where you are in the whole wide world with just one safe little click - there is a safe unsubscribe link included in every single one of our enewsletters. If you have any problems unsubscribing or would prefer to unsubscribe by email then drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please bear in mind that if you do unsubscribe we cannot re-subscribe you. If you fancy coming back to join us (we hope you will, we’ll be missing you!) then you will need to re-subscribe via one of the sign up links on this website. This way it's always entirely your decision.
We promise to never pass on your details to anyone else – ever (unless you specifically ask us to!)
Competition entries are limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
